An ideal family hotel in Guernsey, overlooking the beautiful
sandy Grandes Rocques Bay,
and close to it's other adjacent picturesque west coast beaches
The Islands excellent bus service has a regular stop near by to take you to the
Islands Capital
St Peter Port.
The Wayside Cheer Hotel is one of only a handful of Guernsey hotels near the
beach
with the closest just a stones throw away.
Plenty of parking for our guests including special reserved handicapped parking
The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool situated in the lovely gardens.
As well as our Restaurant where residents can enjoy Breakfast &
Evening Meals,
Bar
meals are served daily, Lunch and Dinner in the olde world Tudor Style lounge bar,
on sunny days Non Residents can also enjoy a Dip n Dine but only for Lunch as
the pool area
is for resident use only after 3pm
There is also a games room
with a variety of bar games.
Other amenities include a spacious and cosy TV
lounge for residents only.
All bedrooms recently refurbished and are en-suite with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
Ground floor rooms are also available. The atmospheric cabaret room boasts one of the finest
dance floors on the island and at least 3 nights a week, entertainment is
available throughout the year.
When looking for places to stay in Guernsey, then the Wayside Cheer should be
high on your list.
INSURANCE. UK residents visiting the Channel Islands should ensure they have
adequate travel insurance.
The recommendation comes from the Department of Health as the healthcare
arrangements for UK visitors
to the Islands have now changed and therefore there is no reciprocal agreement.
